Williams founded Okowil Solutions Inc. in Ottawa and teaches the live Saturday cohorts. He brings more than 20 years of experience in customer service, problem-solving, IT and cybersecurity, built both before and after he moved to Canada. He knows first-hand what it takes to rebuild a career in a new country, so his sessions focus on clear explanations, hands-on labs and practical feedback.

When are the sessions?

One live session every Saturday. Confirmed dates and times (Eastern Time) are listed on the cohort page before you pay.

Is this an official Microsoft certification course?

No. You receive an Okowil Solutions certificate of completion. The training supports independent study of Microsoft technologies but is not Microsoft certification and is not endorsed by Microsoft.

What do I need for the labs?

A computer that can run virtual machines and a free Microsoft trial tenant for the cloud modules. Setup is covered in the first sessions of each cohort.

Can my organization book a private cohort?

Yes. Groups of 5 to 50 and small enterprises can book the program or selected modules. See training for teams.

How do I pay, and what if I need to cancel?

Pay by Interac e-Transfer or card, in full or in three instalments. Cancellations and refunds follow our published refund policy.
